I came by at night for the first time. The apartments still aren’t finished, and parking is confusing, with people leaving vehicles wherever there’s an open spot. The open air food court has a cool concept, but it doesn’t seem suited to rainy season. The lantern decorations look nice and light up the evening.

It’s not quite finished yet, but there are nice places to hang out. The location is strategic, about five minutes from the toll gate toward Jakarta or Bogor. With the LRT station and apartment building planned for the area, I can see this becoming a busy place and a center for crowds.

We had dinner here as a family on a weekday, and it wasn’t too crowded. There are lots of restaurants and choices, with unusual open air dining spaces. It could work well for a big family because there’s plenty to choose from and lots of space. From the Sentul circuit toll exit, it’s only about 200 meters away. I paid IDR 25000 for fried chicken rice and IDR 18000 for iced coconut.

It’s peaceful here, and more comfortable and less crowded than the other apartment buildings around. I like the cool surroundings, and the guards and cleaners are friendly and helpful. Building management could be friendlier and improve its service, though. I’m happy with this place.
