Citi M Hotel

I stayed from the 15th to the 18th, my first time trying this hotel, and it was an okay staycation for a fairly cheap place. The location is handy, with two well-known restaurants nearby, one Japanese fast food spot and one mid-range Sundanese restaurant, plus offices and a bus stop. Getting around and finding cheaper food was easy. Breakfast is free, and although the choices were limited, they made eggs to order. I had over-easy eggs and scrambled eggs twice for my family and me, and both were simple but really good. They also leave three bottles of mineral water and fresh tissues each day if you have the room tidied. I was in room 520. The room and bathroom were average for cleanliness, though parts of the sheets could've been cleaner. A tucked-away patch of wallpaper in the corner to the right of the bathroom looked filthy, like that spot had been missed. I don't know if other rooms are the same. The bathroom is cramped, but probably enough for a cheap hotel's basic standard. The lobby music was played very loudly, which bothered me since I prefer a quieter lobby, though others may enjoy the songs. The WiFi was so unreliable that I gave up and used my own mobile data and hotspot. Neither a great nor terrible stay, just average, and I probably wouldn't come back. I'm also puzzled by the four best-hotel awards mentioned by reception, since that wasn't my experience.
