The apartment itself is spacious, and the big window gives the room plenty of light and a nice view. But the facilities are lacking, and the rooftop pool area is poorly maintained. It could be a pleasant shared space, perhaps with more access and additions like restaurants or sports facilities such as tennis or football. The elevator setup is the bigger daily problem. Residents and office workers share the same elevators, so it gets chaotic, and waits can run from 5 to over 25 minutes. Elevators are often broken, and this has apparently been going on for more than 6 years without systematic improvement.

The teachers are professional, kind, and loving with the children. They put on fun activities based on the Montessori approach, and after-school options are mostly arts. This Singapore-based curriculum school is in Jakarta, Indonesia, at Citywalk Sudirman Mall, and accepts children from 18 months old.

There are lots of good places to eat here, and the mixed apartment, office, and retail concept is a clever idea. These days it seems to be mostly offices, though, and traffic around the complex is among the worst, especially on weekdays.

There wasn't anywhere to sit in the lobby, just seats marked for priority use. I don't understand what their service is meant to be.
