I asked staff to look for my package, but they went off to do other things. The security and staff here are a joke, acting like they aren't paid enough to care. The security officer on duty on December 4, maybe the night-shift guy, was really disrespectful. When I left, he made fun of me behind my back. Check your CCTV at 6:40 a.m. This apartment is a joke, and so are the staff.

This used to be a nice place, with a good neighborhood, helpful on-site staff, and a convenient location. Recently, though, mall construction has been seriously loud and disruptive for residents. There was constant, loud drilling every 10-15 minutes over several days. The apartment building also had two or three power outages lasting eight hours each; they said it was because the circuit breaker was being uninstalled and reinstalled. I don't think the new management is maintaining the building well or prioritizing residents' day-to-day lives.

At this nice high-rise in Jakarta's Golden Triangle, you can watch the city bustle away like it's never going to sleep. That view is quite an experience on its own.
