Those two massive towers stand out from far away because of their unusual architecture. The palms and the sound of their leaves in the breeze make the place feel peaceful. But the grassy area between the Bona Indah entrance and the apartment entrance needs attention. It’s untidy and unpleasant to look at.
There’s a huge garden inside, and the surroundings are great. With the toll gate nearby, getting around Jakarta is quick. A lot of buildings are going up close by, which also seems like a good opportunity for the apartment.
I’ve lived here since I was young, and it’s old but gold. The building feels solid, with a big garden, a small playground, basketball court, pool, and other facilities. The pool is a bit of a walk, around 7-8 minutes. South Quarter, Kampung Artis, Mayapada Hospital, Singapore International school, and Cikal school are nearby, and Fatmawati MRT Station is a five-minute drive away.
The flats and facilities are decent, and the location is great. It’s peaceful and quiet here, a break from South Jakarta traffic.
