The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast had lots of delicious options. There’s a pool and gym too. The hotel is old and a bit rundown, though the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a lovely three-night stay.
The buffet breakfast was amazing, and I got lucky with an upgraded room that had fantastic city views. The staff were so welcoming, and I had a wonderful stay at the best Western munga dua. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.
The Wi-Fi was unstable, and the hotel needs a lot of upgrading. The lobby smelled of rotten sewage drainage, and the room had a musty smell, dusty floor, stained curtain, and chipped cup and saucer. I asked three times for an iron and ironing board, but the iron arrived without the board. Breakfast was all cold. The food was sweet, the fruit mushy, the tomatoes slimy, the bread hard, and the coffee bitter. There was nothing best or western about this Best Western. I’m disappointed and don’t want an automatic reply from the hotel. Thank you.
Chef kalimi was especially kind. When the sushi had run out, he offered to make some fresh for us. The service here is amazing, and the staff are so friendly and hospitable.
The staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was the one real bright spot. The rest of the hotel needs a lot of work. It feels outdated, with broken fixtures, poor lighting, curtains that don't close all the way, a safe that didn't work, and a balcony door that wouldn't seal. The bathroom glass door wouldn't stay shut, and the wardrobe door wouldn't slide. The elevator also meant long waits, and there aren't good restaurants nearby.
