I’ve been living here for a long time and feel comfortable. The practical setup makes day-to-day life easier: there’s a food corner and supermarket, plus a gym, pool, playground, and meeting room, all working as expected. Getting around is straightforward thanks to the simple layout, bright hallways, reliable elevators, and nearby public transport. It can get noisy at some hours, but it’s manageable, and the area overall works well for residents.

My experience at Nifarro Park was very bad. Even though I paid on time, travelio and Building Management left my unit switched off for more than six hours. I lost electricity, time, comfort, and frozen food because of it.

There’s a lot of parking space, and you’ll need to bring your ID to enter. As of Jan 11, 2022, though, many areas inside the building had no AC and seemed in need of quite a bit of maintenance. Thank you.

The location matched what I was looking for, and the surroundings are okay. The unit is livable, but after buying or renting, a regular person should expect plenty of things to improve and repairs here and there. The finishing details don’t quite reflect what I’d expect from the designer and planner.

Customer care gave good service, and she explained all my questions clearly. There’s also a food court, pool, jogging track, fitness center, mini market, and ATM.
