Habitat at Gandaria

I’m only on the first of my three nights here, and I went back and forth between rating this a four or a five. I wanted to judge the amenities as a customer, while also looking at it as a fellow property owner who knows this kind of business might be someone’s only income. Whether that applies to this owner isn’t the point. I wanted to be fair and thorough about the value and prospects of the business. The property is new, and starting a business can be tough when you’re worried it might not work out. I don’t have that feeling here. The location is practical, close to a mall and restaurants and cafes, and the road is easy to reach even in a large car. It’s affordable for somewhere so well placed. The bedroom is comfortable and doesn’t get too hot even with the AC off. The bathroom is spacious enough that I don’t feel cramped, and the lobby is nice, though a sofa would make it a more comfortable place to sit. I was excited to swim, but construction means the pool isn’t operating right now. Parking doesn’t seem like it’ll be an issue for the time being. I walked to meet friends at a nearby cafe and ramen place, and neither felt far. I settled on five stars because the hotel has promise, and I think people can enjoy it once it’s running at full speed. Wishing you good fortune!
