Be careful booking through Travelio. The apartment I got was nothing like the advertised pictures and information. When I checked in, the room was unhygienic, dark, and suffocating, the AC didn’t work, and the bathroom was dirty. I’d booked three weeks but couldn’t stay even an hour. I lost my money and had a terrible experience.
The city view from my window is the best part, especially at night when all the lights come on. Living at Tamansari Semanggi Apartment has been pleasant. It’s right in the heart of Jakarta, so everything I need is only minutes away. The facilities are well kept, security feels reliable, and it stays calm even with the busy city all around.
Getting around Jakarta was easy from Apartemen Tamansari Semanggi, with Sudirman, Kuningan, and SCBD nearby. The apartment was quiet and comfortable, and the price felt reasonable for either a short or longer stay. The Lobby A front office team made the biggest impression. They were warm, polite, and professional, and handled everything smoothly from check-in through check-out. I could tell they cared about guests. Thanks to the Lobby A staff for making the stay so pleasant. I’d stay here again when I’m in Jakarta.
It’s fine. Not particularly upscale, but a bit better than an average apartment.
The room was really substandard, and the bedroom didn’t even have proper lighting. What a joke. I wouldn’t book through Travelio.
