Spacious Four Winds Apartment with City View

The pool is nice and never crowded, and the staff are professional and responsive. The location is very strategic. I also like the wide hallways, though they can get warm. There’s a small playground that could be better, but it’s good enough for families with young children. I’ve never heard the mosque noise another reviewer mentioned, though I’m not a light sleeper. It may depend on the unit. I can hear trains from the hallway by the elevator and from the rooftop pool, but not inside my unit. It doesn’t bother me, though it might bother others. One thing I object to is security blocking the convenient parking spots, nearly all the spaces on one floor, even though none are technically reserved. I raise it with management when it becomes an issue. I don’t live in this city or own a car, so I’ve only occasionally asked them to move a cone when borrowing a friend’s car to bring large items along with the kids. They shouldn’t have blocked those spots in the first place. This is still my favorite place to stay when I visit Jakarta.

A comfortable apartment in a good location.

The apartments are really nice, especially the rooftop swimming pool. But the mosque’s Muezzin with the golden roof cries out so loudly that it will definitely wake you every morning at 4:30. On weekends it gets terribly loud, and makes you feel like you’re in an Arab country rather than Indonesia. The building’s V shape amplifies the noise.
