The location near blok m was a big plus for me. I liked the place a lot, everything felt great. Awesome.

It was good enough for me and not much different from WKM 25. The parking area is wider than at the 25.

The shower has strong water pressure, and you can walk to the busway from this roadside location. The receptionist was friendly, a guy who wasn't very tall, hehe. I can't remember his name. Cove rents the boarding house by the day, and the room was okay. It can get noisy since the main road is right there. Still, the road quiets down at night, so I slept fairly well. 🙏🏻

The shared pantry was useful, and it even has a microwave for heating food. This seems like a decent option for families staying in Jakarta longer term, with Transum, malls, and healthcare facilities nearby, including RSPO right next door. The room had the look of an exclusive boarding house, and was much like the ad photo, though it was somewhat dirty. There was a lot of dust under the bed, as if that area hadn't been cleaned for some time. I didn't take photos because I was busy with the kids.

I could do bike fitting here, and there was plenty of space to park. It's comfortable, quiet, and clean, and conveniently close to Pak Muri's Chicken and Goat Satay, across from RSPP. Thanks, I'll stay here again next time I'm in Jakarta.
