Getting there by car was the hardest part. The hotel sits in a dense residential area, and the access roads are so narrow that entering and leaving can be difficult. Parking is available, though. Inside, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby and restaurant felt cozy. The room was spacious for the price and clean. The bathroom and toilet were maintained well, and the shower worked with several settings. Comfortable, but nothing special. The AC blows straight onto the bed, which I found uncomfortable. Good value and service, as long as the location works for you when travelling by car.

The hotel is tucked deep into a narrow alley, and the traffic was heavy. The location felt quite scary. The room and everything in it seemed old, including the fridge and towels. I also found a creature in the room, and the toilet was broken. 😭

The receptionist and other employees were caring and helpful, and the room was worth the price. It was good, though a bit outdated and could use more attention to detail to earn five stars. Getting there by car may be tricky, since Grab and Gojek sometimes cancel the order.

The Wi-Fi barely had one bar and kept disappearing from my room, so I couldn't work at night at all. The air conditioner also leaked liquid near the window. I moved rooms three times, from 116 to 105 and then 101. I complained many times; they called someone, but neither issue was fixed. I wasted three nights here, and tomorrow I have to fly somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone bringing a work laptop or tablet and needing to work at night.

The bathroom was reasonably clean, though there were bugs in it that we had to kill ourselves using the mat provided. The refrigerator was very dirty, with a couple of bugs crawling inside. Please clean the rooms and GET RID OF THE BUGS.
