Cozy Studio Apartment at Puri Orchard Near Shopping Mall

Getting around from here is convenient. Rawa buaya station is nearby for trips to the office, and by car you can get straight onto the highway. There are also schools, Lippo Mal Puri, Puri Indah Mal, Living, and RSPI puri indah close by. There are plenty of everyday options on site, including Alfamart and Familymart, plus places serving Fried rice/kwetiau/mie, mie ayam, nasi padang, nasi sayur and lauk, juice, and coffee. The parking is membership-based and has quite a lot of space. The lobby is nice, and security is always there. We had a water issue yesterday, when no water would flow. We called building management and it was fixed quickly, so I was satisfied with the response. Security and OB are also around whenever we need help. The gym is fairly large and has several machines to help keep up stamina. The swimming pool has a huge area, with both a kids pool and a big pool. There's room for toddlers at the playground, plus an indoor area for babies and younger toddlers. In cedar heights, my Tower has five lifts. They can take longer in the morning and evening rush, though I've never had to wait that long. Access cards are needed for our floor and the pool or gym floors, which makes things feel secure. I've had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

We'd finally had enough of putting up with the downsides people had already mentioned in reviews. We only rent here, and I can't wait to move out and never return. There was a leak from the water pipe under our unit's floor that affected the unit below. We had just moved in and hadn't done any renovation, so we argued it wasn't our fault. Management, including the supervisor, didn't respond. We felt bad for the people downstairs and contacted them ourselves. It turned out they'd renovated their ceiling, which meant the plumber charged us twice as much, and they didn't seem to care about our situation either. Management needs to sort out this TR issue soon, or people won't want to stay here long.

The tenant relations team is very unresponsive, and the IPL is expensive for what it costs. Save yourself the trouble and don't stay here.

The apartment itself was okay, but security was really stupid about belongings. If you bring a lot of items in and later want to take them out, watch the time restriction. After 5, you're not allowed to take anything out. Imagine trying to sell clothes when they won't let you remove them from the area. Really stupid.
