CQA LIVING is a good option if you need somewhere temporary or get home late from work. It's affordable and comfortable, with a clean, pleasant-smelling, quiet room and strong AC. The service is top-notch. Keep it up!

The studio was extremely dirty and had a strong sewage smell. We stayed five nights, and nobody cleaned the room during that time. The overall cleanliness is clearly lacking, especially in the absolutely disgusting bathroom. The location was only average, with no good restaurants nearby. It's cheap, but that's about the only positive.

There were lots of mosquitoes when we arrived, but turning on the AC helped keep them away. The room had a smart TV, and they provided a towel, soap, dental kit, and a bottle of water. You can refill it for free at reception. Each room also has a snack menu prepared at reception, so you can WhatsApp them for something sweet or noodles and have it delivered. Parking is fairly spacious but only for motorbikes. Check-in is beside the gate and takes a little while since you fill in the form yourself and upload your ID card and booking proof in the app. For the deposit, you can choose between 100,000 Rupiah and an ID card. At night the area's gate is locked, but it's just a short walk. Good value for the price.
