I’d stay here again. This was my first time at Rooms Inc., and, like the other artotel group hotels, it felt pleasant and cozy. The staff were friendly and really helpful. I’ve now got two favorite hotels in Kuningan area. I stayed one night in a deluxe room. It was a comfortable size, clean, with a large cozy bed, a big smart TV, and good amenities, though there was no fridge. The bathroom was a little small, but sparkling clean, and the hot water was great. I could hear noise from outside, which makes sense given the hotel’s location in setiabudi, very near Sudirman street, but it was okay. Breakfast was tasty, with enough choices for me, though there weren’t many. They also had noodles, "indomie", which was a plus.

I had a very good experience here. The staff were very friendly, and the front desk suggested places to visit, eat, and shop. The rates are very affordable, and it’s in a great location near the highway. The only drawback was hearing even the slightest noise from outside my room.

Everything was great apart from the shower pressure, which was a bit weak. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly and attentive. My room was clean and nice, and the surrounding area was pleasant, with a convenience mart, restaurants, and a coffee shop within walking distance. Worth the money.

I’ve stayed with Rooms Inc twice now, first in Semarang and this time in Jakarta. I really like the concept. I wish they’d open at the mall in Jakarta too, since that would give them a unique point compared with other hotels, but that’s okay. The staff, rooms, and food were all superb. Please keep up those standards.

The place was very clean, and I had nothing to complain about beyond some nighttime noise coming through the room. It wasn’t too loud, but a bit more soundproofing would help. I stayed for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The location was perfect for running errands, with plenty of good food nearby. The staff were always smiling and very accommodating.
