You can rent a room by the day, hotel-style, even though this building in Kemang Selatan is mainly a kost-kostan with dozens of rooms rented by the month. It has parking or a car port for around 10 cars, plus a swimming pool tucked into the back corner. Each of the two floors has a kitchen guests can use for cooking, and laundry is free every day.

A safe, clean room in a great location, and the owners were friendly and helpful. A decent option if you're watching your budget.

The air-conditioning units rattle on their foundations and are very noisy. They also haven't been cleaned underneath the bed. Poor upkeep for a facility that's only 4 years old.
