D Arcici Hotel Cempaka Putih

I had been staying there for two weeks and had already told them I planned to stay another week. When I went to reception to extend my room, Oktar, the receptionist, said they wanted to kick me out because they had new customers and wanted to give my room to someone else, with no notice. There were other guests sitting around reception, and he hadn't even asked what I needed before saying that. I asked why, and he wasted my time. After a lot of arguing, someone working with him explained it to him. I can't tolerate this racist act. Management should address it. If no action is taken, I'll pursue legal action with the relevant people.

The front of the hotel and the lobby look okay, but room service and maintenance were pretty poor. There were broken bathroom facilities, marks on the walls, and grey bed sheets that should have been white. I'm not even sure they'd been changed. I had to ask reception for toilet paper because the cleaning staff hadn't checked for it while preparing the room between guests. It makes you wonder what else they don't bother doing.

It's an average, very casual and simple place, fine for a stopover. The price is good, but it's a bit outdated, food choices are limited, and cleanliness is questionable. Wi-Fi coverage is weak, and the appeal is so-so.

I've been coming here for short getaways over the past few months, and the customer experience has been great.
