I felt comfortable throughout my stay, thanks to everyone from Miss Auria at the front desk to the security team. The staff really pay attention to what guests need. It’s also a handy spot for a longer stay, with restaurants close enough to walk to and Starbucks downstairs for meeting up. I’m extremely satisfied.
There’s a Starbucks in the lobby, which made morning coffee easy, and Aulia was especially friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the location puts you right in the middle of Blok M’s busy area with everything within walking distance. I had a great stay and would come back.
For a short trip, this was a great choice 😊 The facilities were good for the price, and check-in went smoothly. My room was clean, the location worked well, and the staff were helpful and friendly the whole time.
The room had no window, which was a shame, but I only needed somewhere for a quick sleep. It was spacious, with a big, soft bed and heavenly pillows. A pleasant stay.
Widia and Muhammad Aminuddin at the front desk made me feel so welcome and comfortable during my five nights at Hotel D'Prima Malawai. The place was super clean, and the service was excellent. It really felt like a home away from home, and I felt treated like royalty. Definitely a five-star experience for me, and I’d come back 👍🏻💕
