The location is handy, near a few shopping malls and affordable places to eat. But the sofa was dirty and old, and the bathroom floor drain was full of hair from previous guests. Around 3 AM, after it rained, my room flooded. Nobody replied to my message, so I had to go down from the 3rd floor to the reception desk. The door also felt flimsy, even though it uses a card lock.

The reception staff were nice and check-in went smoothly. The price is adorable, and you pay a 100k deposit. I’d recommend it for the location and service, but if cleanliness matters to you, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The location is good, though the parking floor wasn’t great, especially in the rain. The bathroom and floor weren’t properly cleaned. Walking barefoot left my feet black, lol. In some rooms the water was only a little warm, not hot, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The towels were old and smelly, please change them, it won’t cost much. There were a few mosquitoes in the room, and the small window was broken and needs fixing. The bed cover and sheets weren’t washed properly, and the pillows were dirty and had no covers. When someone smokes next door, the smell gets into the bathroom and room. I don’t blame the hotel entirely for that, but people should be considerate and clean. The cleaning was terrible. The floor was dirty, with women’s hair everywhere 🤮🤢. A plate of leftovers sat in the corridor for more than 3 days and smelled awful. I don’t know why it was left there. To the owner and staff, especially the cleaning team, please do your job. It’s a nice place, but hygiene is lacking.

We found the room older and dirtier than the photos suggested, and getting to the place was a little difficult. It seemed like the rooms may previously have been rented by the month. Still, the service was great, there were plenty of food stalls nearby, and it was worth the price.

I stayed for three days. The room was basic but spacious and fairly comfortable. The toilet drain was clogged, though, so the water took a while to go down.
