This felt like a room someone was renting out, not a hotel. The smell was awful, like cigarettes. Don't stay here.

The room was filthy, with trash scattered around and a mattress full of holes. The AC didn’t work, so it was unbearably hot. I booked room 2 hoping to spend time with my family, but ended up soaked in sweat. I arrived at 4 o’clock and then waited 60 minutes for the receptionist to get a room, because I couldn’t figure out how to get the TV remote. I’m really sorry, but this was a bad experience.

I haven’t checked in, so I can’t give it five stars. The app showed one room available, but when I arrived I was told they only take bookings through the app, if I understood correctly. Security suggested I try booking there. By then, the app said the room was no longer available because someone else had booked it first. An officer or someone then politely explained that the rooms were full. Getting there was a little difficult because some roads were closed, though there’s a paid entrance costing 5,000 Rupiah. I don’t know the overnight parking fee. Sorry, I didn’t take a photo earlier.
