The Lavande Residence is an apartment in Tebet, South Jakarta, beside Crown Palace. Units come fully furnished, with prices ranging from 2.5 to 4 billion Rupiah to buy, or 10 to 20 million per month to rent. There’s Soerabaja Cafe and a Circle K market in the lobby. The place is nice and clean, with public facilities including a garden, toilet, waiting room, reception, and main lobby. It’s a good apartment for either living or investment.

It’s easy to get to and from the airport, with a ride costing around 150k. The apartment sits right in the city center, and there are decent shopping malls within about ten minutes when there’s no traffic. Management is excellent and will help as much as they can. There’s a Circle K on the ground floor, and you can order a Gamya taxi from the lobby, right beside the main entrance. Apartment bagus sekali.

This is a cozy apartment in South Jakarta, with nice, well maintained apartments and a pool, gym, multifunction room, and mini market. There are two entrances, one from Dr. Soepomo and one at the back, but the back entrance closes at 10PM. You can order Gamya Taxis from the lobby. Enjoy :)

It’s easy to get to, and close to shopping malls such as Kota Kasablanka. The place feels safe and secure. One downside: there are no signs to help you find a particular tower.
