The hospitality is what made our two-night stay enjoyable. The staff were consistently helpful, brought the extra pillows and iron we asked for, and even let us keep meltable items in their refrigerator since our room had none. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care of us. We picked the hotel for its proximity to Kelapa Gading Mall, where my wife was attending an event. As expected of a budget hotel, the room was small. The toilet had a leak from the AC, and the shower water wasn't hot enough. There was a hallway water dispenser, plus coffee, tea, toothbrushes, toothpaste, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle for heating water.

Ella and Tynia were friendly and explained things well, and the other staff were good too. It really felt like being at home. The room cleaners deserve special praise: they left my passport, valuables, and coins alone, and the rooms were made up very well. One small thing to improve, the kettle had some lime buildup, and dust around the AC edge needed sweeping.

The restaurant staff, especially Sandy and ayu, were welcoming and quick to serve and respond. The food was delicious, and the pastry dessert was so good. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the service good when my wife and I stayed at Fave Kelapa Gading Hotel two weeks ago. I’m planning to stay again in june. Thank you, Fave kepala Gading hotel. Best regards, Wasim and family

Adi in the restaurant really stood out, kind, polite, and professional. The service in general was great too. I’m in room 528 right now, and it’s clean, without any odd smell, with a comfy bed. The toilet is nice, has the standard amenities, and the hot and cold water both come through strongly. Thanks for everything, Fave!
