The room was cleaned every day without me having to ask, and the staff were easygoing and helpful. I also liked being able to head straight to the dining area without having to say which room I was from each time. That made things feel relaxed and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy, a comfortable place to unwind, even though the view wasn't special. And the food was super tasty, every meal felt like a treat. I had a really nice stay and would definitely come back.

The food was good quality, with a wide range to choose from, and the staff were excellent in every way, always there to open the doors. Our room was spacious and very clean. Even though it overlooked the street, we didn't hear street noise. I highly recommend this place.

The smoking smell was the one disappointing part. Most areas are smoking zones, and the odor can bother people who don't smoke. Still, I had a good two-night stay over New Year. The building, lobby, breakfast, and service were all good. The location is convenient: I could walk to the mall, MRT station, minimarket, and a local cafe. Parking is limited, but hotel guests can use the valet service, and the hotel covers the cost at the exit gate, so I didn't have to worry about parking or paying extra.

My first room had no window and only a queen bed. It was far too small for a RM 250 hotel, and the toilet was tiny with a shower that wouldn't drain. Even in KL, Malaysia, I could get a better room for that price. I was lucky to stay there for just one night. The next day I moved to a normal room for an extra RM 50. That was okay, at least it felt better than staying in jail. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location suited me: Blok M square was nearby and within walking distance for shopping.
