Pande and his family made the trip special from day one. In our first couple of hours, we lounged outside while he cut fresh coconuts from the tree for us to enjoy by the pool. Later, I met the new litter of baby pigs and nearly melted from the cuteness. We planned to stay three or four days, but have extended twice because we love it here so much. The beach is a seven-minute walk away, with massage places and great restaurants nearby. Mama Made brings a nice breakfast to your room every day. For lunch and diving, we recommend Tropiz. Koku had the best pizza we've had in Indonesia, and Tiki Burger was our go-to for the friendliest staff and best nasi goreng you can find. The price is fair, the location is great, and the locals treat you like family. It's my go-to place whenever I'm on Nusa Penida ❤️

The couple who run this place are lovely. It's set in a beautiful garden just off the main road, with shops and restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed my short stay!

Tucked away from the main road, this good-value hotel is surrounded by a lush coconut forest. The two young men working there were friendly and very helpful. They arranged a well-priced scooter rental and drove me to and from a restaurant on my first night when I had no transport. My room and the pool were clean, and there was no traffic noise. A lot of hotels on the island have noise from the road, but this one doesn't. I'd highly recommend staying here.

I slept better here than I had in months of travelling. The bungalows are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the views are stunning. The place sits just off the road behind a gate, so it stays really quiet with no traffic noise. The hosts were friendly and attentive. A great find, highly recommend 👌

The owner and his son were kind and helpful, while still giving us space. It’s a peaceful, cosy place to stay in Nusa Penida, and there are some really good restaurants nearby.
