Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and my room was spotless. Everything was well maintained, and the service was better than I expected. One of the finest hotels I've stayed in. I'll definitely return.

This was my second stay, and I'd happily come back again. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Ms.Intan, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I enjoyed the facilities too. Breakfast was good, though as a strict vegetarian I found the choices limited. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

The staff are always welcoming, and the amenities in the room are just right and comfortable. I especially appreciated ms Agnes, who was friendly and pleasant when she brought them up.

I wouldn't stay here again. I was in town for work near the exhibition hall, and my first night was already unpleasant: after an early flight and a long workday, I found bugs crawling on the pillow in my 16th-floor room. The hotel agreed to move me. On the way to the new room on the 26th floor, the elevator doors shut on me as I was getting out, so I stepped back inside. Then the lift went dark, and the intercom didn't work. I was alone in the dark for more than 20 minutes. Someone apologized at the time, but no compensation came until I asked the next day. The options they suggested weren't feasible, and getting a response took a long time. I was the one who had to keep following up. It added stress to an already demanding work trip. The only compensation I got was a plate of fruit in the room on the second night, after work. It was uncovered, and I have no idea how long it had been sitting there. I've stayed at several Mercure branches, and this was easily the weakest for service and hospitality, despite the Grand Mercure name.
