The room was clean and comfortable, with no noise. The AC and bathroom facilities all worked well.

There were plenty of places to eat nearby, and the price was cheap. I stayed for a few nights with my mother after coming back from Carolus Hospital, while I was temporarily paralyzed from injuries in an accident. I wanted to be in Matraman, near my boarding house, and the room was clean and comfortable. They also gave me a first-floor room as I requested.

The staff were friendly, and the room had a large wardrobe, a table and chair, and WiFi. It was fairly clean, though the sheets had lots of dirty marks and didn’t seem to be changed between guests. The AC took a long time to cool the room and still wasn’t cold enough for hot Jakarta. Water pressure was very low too, so both could use improvement. The room is okay if you’re out doing things, but not very comfortable for resting. I couldn’t request a particular room because only one was available. Just so you know, the accommodation also shares space with a men-only boarding house. You can ask for mineral water in the staff reception room. When I used a hairdryer or straightener, the power token went down, so I had to go downstairs and ask staff to turn it back on. The workaround is to unplug everything before using either one.

Everything was nice and clean, though the sheets had stains and may need replacing. The lighting outside could also be brighter.
