This was my third stay, and things are much better now that the pandemic is over. Cleanliness and the property have both improved. There aren't many facilities, such as breakfast or a pool, but that doesn't bother me since there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The MRT station is close, which matters most to me. My requested room wasn't available, so they upgraded me. Thank you.

I've stayed here three times in less than a month and always booked the same room. It's a 2 star hotel, but better than the nearby 3 star one, and good value for money. The room is nice, clean, cozy, and quiet, and the aisle interior is nicely designed. The staff are friendly. There are three restaurants in the same building: Ramen 38 Sanpachi, which I highly recommend, Shibuya Cafe, and En Okonomiyaki. There's also a massage/spa, Kokuo. The 7 Eleven convenience store has just closed, so there's no store there now. Management really needs to improve the car park, since hotel guests who bring a car have a hard time finding a space.

Blok M Mall, the MRT station, drug stores, cafes, and street food are all walkable from here. The hotel is decent and clean, but the WiFi isn't good. Security needs work too, since anyone can reach the room floors without an access card.

My favourite in the Melawai Area. It's a small hotel, but very comfortable, with a good-sized room, super clean, and Japan vibes.

Getting food is easy even in the middle of the night. MRT Blok M BCA is very close too, no more than a 5-minute walk.
