It’s a guest house with hotel facilities, though you can’t see it very well from outside.

I paid through Traveloka before arriving, but then they charged me 100,000 Rupiah for each of my three children, bringing the total to 500,000 Rupiah. We’ve stayed in Jakarta before and never had a charge like that. I feel like the staff were trying to cheat us. The room wasn’t aesthetically pleasing either. It’s old-fashioned, costs 500,000 Rupiah, and there’s no swimming pool.

The shaded trees in the hotel yard make it cool. Rooms are large and affordable, with air conditioning, hot and cold showers, and are clean. They provide two bottles of water, two towels, two toothbrushes with toothpaste, soap and liquid shampoo. There’s free Wi-Fi, and the staff are friendly. You can buy breakfast rice or fried noodles at a cheap price, with hot sweet tea included. Food stalls and an Alfamart are nearby.
