3 Bedroom Apartment at Senayan Residence by Travelio

We were delivering two big flower arrangements in glass vases. They were heavy and fragile, and the security team insisted we use a trolley down to the basement. That route has a very steep slope, so the flowers could slip and fall. They offered no solution, and we weren’t even allowed to stop by the lobby. Our customer couldn’t carry them alone because they were so heavy. Thankfully, one of the basement guards kindly helped us. The front gate security, though, were rude and unresponsive.

Whenever my friends sit quietly in the clubhouse minding their own business, security sends them away. They’re maids and nannies, so I’m wondering if there’s a policy that says they can’t use that area. If there is, management should put up a clear sign and explain why. Maids, nannies, drivers, and security are all there to work, and this treatment doesn’t feel right. Please make the rules clear.

I live in the building, but when I forgot my access card at home, security wouldn’t let me use the lift. He refused to use his own card to help and told me to fill out a form just to get to my residence. That left me feeling stranded. What happens if there’s an emergency? Residents shouldn’t be left without support over a forgotten card. This was an extremely disappointing and inflexible experience.
