There was a smell in the room I can't really describe, and the bed cover was filthy. The only things provided were a towel and a toothbrush with toothpaste. The staff weren't very friendly. The location is close to almost everything, which is about the only reason you might have a better experience here. I wouldn't want to stay, even just to rest for a little while.

I found rat droppings and caught a bedbug on the bed, along with the disgusting facilities. The staff only considered a refund after I showed them all of that. Before seeing the proof, they told me, "no refund but you can leave if you want". Stay away if you care about your health, safety, and peace of mind. I strongly advise against staying here.

The bed was fairly comfortable, and both the air conditioner and water heater worked well. I stayed two nights. The bed cover wasn't clean enough, though, and the overall cleanliness made me uneasy. Management should work on that. It's the usual Red Doorz budget setup, and the boxed rice breakfast from "dapur solo" was tasty and suited a low-budget inn. I did have to remind reception to bring it. They provided a towel, although I didn't use it.

I booked through agoda without knowing what the place was like. It looked the same as the photos, but seeing it in person was a shock. The rooms were dirty and noisy, so I switched rooms three times. I can't recommend staying here.
