I've been a resident for a year and there's plenty of parking, which I appreciate. The location is excellent and getting around the city is easy. But management needs to deal with people using traffic cones to reserve spaces. The priority system is opaque, which is unfortunate. I hope they sort it out soon so parking is managed fairly for everyone.
It's in a very convenient area, and there's an indomart inside.
There's a public pool up high where you can look out over Jakarta, and some offices are on the mazzinne level, including kado istimewa and diginaster. Only Mandiri and Maybank ATMs are available here. It's a quiet apartment in the center of South Jakarta, a good place to stay and fairly close to Kuningan, Kota Kasablanka, and other places.
The location is good and I'd put the building at about 8 out of 10. Management gets just 4 out of 10. Poor management ruins a good apartment.
