I attended an event that ran all day. The buffet kept running short, and when a warmer was empty, staff only refilled it about a third of the way even though the line was long. Most of the ladies' toilets were broken too.

The lobby looks nice, and the staff were good. I also slept comfortably and had decent Wi-Fi, while the buffet was just okay. It seems like this hotel was lovely when it first opened, but hasn't been kept up over the years. Some maintenance in the rooms would really lift its standard.

There’s a small coffee shop in the lobby, and breakfast was better than I expected for the price. The room felt a little damp. It’s affordable around the Tendean area, and enough if you’re traveling on a budget.

The location is good, and breakfast was good too. The room itself was nice, but the shower flow was so slow that you need extra time to wash. They also charge extra if you want to borrow a spoon and fork.

Being able to open the windows is a plus for smokers, and the location is good. But the parquet-style floor still felt sticky on my bare feet. It needs a proper mop.
