There are plenty of food stalls nearby, which is the main upside. For a new hotel, the place feels quite shabby. The bath towels are a mess and look like doormats. There's no minibar or water heater, and they charge extra for boiled water.
The service was good during my week-long stay, but I had to keep battling mosquitoes. Even though I stayed that long and paid every day, they pursued me intensely when I was an hour late extending my stay. I believe the advance payment should have covered the extension.
The hot shower was good, and the price was acceptable. It's an okay place to stay, conveniently near the airport bus. Internet was a little slow, and the food was okay.
The location was great, and the air-conditioned rooms were nice. I had a great stay here.
