Hotel O Pondok Indah Near Gandaria City Formerly Odori Residence

The location is handy for the shopping mall, though at night you can't cross the gate and have to go all the way around. The AC and hot water worked well, luckily. The bed was really uncomfortable, and mosquitoes kept biting me. There wasn't any service, and I didn't even get a room key. No hygiene kit or other complimentary supplies, and no drinking water either.

Everything was filthy, from the room and toilet to the sheets and pillows 🤮. They gave me one towel, and that was dirty too. No soap or anything else.

The price was way too high for what they offer. The rooms are old, the service is terrible, and the staff don't seem to care about us. There wasn't even soap, and the internet worked one day but not the next. A really bad stay, and I won't return.

The location is the only thing this old building has going for it. It doesn't deserve to be called a hotel. Don't book this OYO again. Taking an online motorcycle taxi to PIM would be better than walking there from this awful place. The receptionist, housekeeping staff (as they described themselves), and another person were noisy all night, even after we warned them. They kept it up until morning, so we couldn't sleep. There were no amenities at all: no tissues, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, or toothpaste. The room smelled damp, and the pillows were unusable. Sheets, bed covers, and pillowcases all had stains and other people's hair. We couldn't get towels, covers, sheets, or anything else changed. The receptionist wasn't there in the morning either. Breakfast was the same every day, and the photos on online platforms looked like they were from years ago (photo attached). There's also a sign on the building saying the taxes haven't been paid.
