Fitri was especially kind and helpful, always making me feel welcome and going out of her way when I needed something. The whole team was great too. My room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices each morning. I had an amazing stay and would love to come back.

The room was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom sliding door wouldn't lock properly. I also wasn't keen on the pool being in a different building. The location was convenient, and the hotel felt modern, colorful, and well maintained. Breakfast had lots of delicious options, and the restaurant seating was comfortable with a nice design. Dhipta was attentive and friendly during breakfast, and the staff were helpful throughout. I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

I spent about 10 days and 9 nights here after arriving in Jakarta, and was very satisfied with the hospitality. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and I have no specific complaints. The hotel is simple, neat, and clean, with a convenient location for getting around. Breakfast was included and I enjoyed the food. I also ate dinner there almost every day. As an Accor Plus member, I got 30% off food and 15% off drinks. The portions were right-sized, prices reasonable, and meals delicious and satisfying. I think I chose well and want to commend the team for their service.

The pool is in a separate office building next door, and a hotel staff member has to escort us there. Even so, we're satisfied with the stay. My kids had a great time with all the games and activities and want to return. The room was comfortable and attractive, breakfast tasted good, and the hotel's design made a nice backdrop for photos and videos. Staff were friendly and very helpful to both me and the kids.
