Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta

We were treated so warmly throughout our wedding stay, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The room arrangement was lovely, thanks to housekeeping team members Sanj, Winda, and Agnes for the sweet treats. Chef Bima invited us to dinner at Signature restaurant, which was a real honor. The food and drinks were delicious, and mas Zhatul helped us during dinner. Bravo to the kitchen team, you did an amazing job. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to come back! With love, Fajar & Imma

Kempi Deli in the mall connected directly to the hotel is worth a stop for its dishes, pastries, desserts, and coffee, and it's a nice place to relax. During my stay, Erwin, Hendra, Adam, Geraldine, and their teams were professional, thoughtful, and kind, making the visit memorable. Petra's leadership as General Manager clearly shows in the warm service across the hotel, which is hard to achieve. The room was elegant and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautiful, with a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for. This was one of my best hotel stays, and I look forward to returning. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.

We've stayed at the Hotel Kempinski twice and made lovely memories both times. We enjoy the rooftop pool, dining at OKU, the wonderful rooms and views, and the amazing breakfast. The staff are so kind, and being able to walk straight into the mall is a big plus. We hope to return whenever we're in Jakarta.

Breakfast has a wide selection, mostly Asian dishes rather than western ones, which makes sense given most guests. The location is fantastic, with direct access to Grand Indonesia mall and the MRT at Bundaran HI just a few minutes away on foot. For a five-star hotel, it's excellent value, and the WiFi is fast and stable. I'm staying here now and enjoying it. The staff are fantastic, especially the caring, responsive housekeeping team. Heru runs the fitness centre with real pride, cheerfulness, and professionalism.
