The WiFi turned out to be really fast, which is a plus if you’re here for work and need internet. I’m mostly satisfied and might return. There are free snacks and bottled water, and the room is decent for the price if you just need a place to sleep. It’s small, with one blanket so far, and steep stairs leading up to the bed. I haven’t asked for an extra blanket. The air conditioning seems necessary, and I haven’t checked how good the WiFi was at first. The bathroom is questionable, though it has the basic necessities. Hot water seems to be available before around midnight, but may be switched off later. To enter, you have to call reception because the door uses a PIN and there’s no doorbell. That could be awkward if you don’t have someone who speaks Bahasa. I wouldn’t recommend the steep stairs to anyone with leg pain or a disability.

The room was awful, with a bad smell and no ventilation. It’s much too small, and the bed is reached by climbing steep stairs, with the bathroom directly underneath. The walls don’t block sound. It’s a low-budget hotel, but the room was still disappointing.

The mounted TV looked ready to fall, and the bed had stains with insects crawling on it. The place was filthy and smelled terrible, with lots of dust. The shower head was rusty, and the water came out yellowish. I know it’s a budget hotel, but this was far below what I’d expect even for one.

I wasn’t happy with this place. The rooms have no windows and had a nasty odor, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Hot water also didn’t always work. The staff, though, were very friendly and helpful. 👌
