The location is super convenient, and the common areas are nice for relaxing or studying. My dorm room has been clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and ready to help when something comes up. I've had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good living experience!

I was so comfortable here that I was late for the exam twice and missed it once 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Mr. Cici is incredibly friendly, bro. Wishing you good health and success.

Food was easy to find here, from all the options along the road to the short walk to Sunter Mall. The boarding house also sells fried rice, nasi uduk, and green bean porridge late into the night, and Sunter Market is nearby for shopping. Getting around was convenient too: the wide road stayed manageable at rush hour, and there was parking for cars. Inside, it was peaceful, tidy, and very clean, including the shared areas. The owner was kind and quick to respond, and repairs were handled the same day. I felt comfortable staying here. 10/10 for an easy-to-reach place with plenty nearby.

Clean and feels safe, and getting around is easy. The bus stop, market, and mall are all within a short walk, which helps keep costs down. Coffee's right downstairs, or you can order it on WhatsApp and have it brought up. One of the coolest boarding houses, close to everything.
