I chose this hotel for its location and the good cleanliness reviews, and the room had nice facilities. I’d also gotten a discounted rate. But there were lots of tiny cockroaches in my room, so instead of staying two nights, I left a day early.

We booked through Agoda a few days ahead and checked in at 4:30 PM on 21 Sep 2019. Within 15-20 minutes, we were checking out because the room was so unclean. There were stains on the sheets, cover, and towel, plus used soap in the bathroom, which didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly. The floor also felt slippery, another sign it hadn’t been cleaned well. I saw dust and dirt in the hallways and on the stairs too. Check-in had been slow, though I heard the staff member say he was new, so I could accept that. Not recommended.

Surprisingly tidy and comfortable room, a good option for a short stay around Pondok Indah. Unfortunately, there was no TV remote.

Wouldn’t recommend it. Other people renting rooms were loud and disruptive, drinking, shouting, and even fighting among themselves at midnight. So annoying.

A pretty cozy place, and a good spot.
