Kosenda Hotel

I found an insect on the bed, and the sheets didn't feel fresh. The room was extremely dirty, and the AC wasn't working properly. Because of all that, I cut my stay from 4 nights to 2.

The staff in both the restaurant and at the front desk were excellent. I had no complaints about the service. Getting food on foot is easy, and there's a mini market nearby; the main road isn't far either. Public transport, though, is quite a distance away. My room was good, as were the amenities, which were more than I'd expect at this price. But it was next to what seemed to be a machinery room, and the noise was loud all day. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner also had a strong lemongrass scent. I dislike heavily scented products, so I'd bring my own. My friend loved them, though, so that's personal. 4 stars for the room, 5 for service, and 4.5 for location.

The staff were very friendly, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel was clean and had a nice style. They can also provide a shower after checkout if you need one before a flight. Excellent hotel.

The people working here were attentive and really nice. The interior is thoughtfully designed and feels different from the usual. My only criticism is that the window looks onto a wall about 1 m away, so the room is very dark.
