Hotel Kristal

The hotel is in a very convenient part of South Jakarta and felt comfortable and well cared for. Lily and Nayla at reception were welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm service added a lot to the experience. I had a great stay at Hotel Kristal and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting South Jakarta.

After 12 years, I came back to stay here, and it brought back good memories of the staff, breakfast, and the experience overall. Thank you, Kristal Hotel, for making it a lovely visit. I'll see you soon! The location is hard to beat, with food markets in every direction and several malls close by. The building is a little older, but I had no reason to complain about the rooms, the service, or the upkeep. Staff at reception and throughout the hotel remain professional and very welcoming. The only small drawback for me is that the AC can be a bit loud when you're a sensitive sleeper like I am, but it's manageable. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Yes! //Arkan A.

I stayed for five days and four nights, and the time seemed to fly by. The breakfast was always delicious, and for the value, I've never stayed in a hotel in Jakarta this beautiful and fancy. I'll definitely have to come back sometime soon!

Dear Hotel Management, During my stay, I saw several guests using the pool in ordinary clothes, including shirts and long pants, instead of proper swimwear. This made me concerned about hygiene, safety, and the comfort of guests who follow the pool rules. Most hotels have clear swimwear requirements to keep the water clean and make the pool pleasant for everyone, but those rules didn't seem to be enforced here, and it affected my experience. Please review the pool attire rules and apply them consistently. Clearer signs or staff supervision could help maintain a safe, hygienic environment for all guests. Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope it helps improve the guest experience.
