Snow White Residence

Nice.

The guard was really rude. Please remind the new guard that we pay to stay at Sono, we're not here for free, and customers deserve to be treated kindly. Service should come first. Don't let the place shut down because employees can't treat guests well.

The room was dirty, with lots of hair and trash under the bed, white stains all over the sheets, and a cigarette smell. The bathroom was slippery and yellow, and the peeling walls made it look poorly maintained. The TV picture was blurry and the AC wasn't cold enough. Access is also awkward since it's in a GG and you can't come and go freely. I booked through the app for 160k, but on arrival they asked for another 40k. The guard was rude too. Please fix a lot of things here. I'm only staying once.

The service was friendly, and for the price it was worth it. The room, though, wasn't well maintained, the bathroom lights were broken, and the blankets were very thin. Yesterday on the third floor, I had an uncomfortable encounter with someone I took to be the owner's son. I hadn't known guests weren't allowed to use the pans in the shared kitchen, and he treated me unpleasantly over it, even though I'd paid to stay there.
