I picked Lima residence mainly for its location. The rooms are simple, but clean, and the staff are lovely and friendly. The AC worked perfectly, so I’d definitely stay here again.

For 250k a night, this place feels like great value. It’s spotless, has a large closet, and even includes basic toiletries, slippers and a smart TV. There’s also a small self-service shop for snacks and food whenever you want. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially mas Ochan. A couple of things could be better: the sheets aren’t very comfortable, and ants may show up if you leave food crumbs around.

It’s close to Cawang station, which could come in handy if you miss the last train. The room was decent, though amenities are limited. For under $30, I’m happy with what you get.
