Access is awkward, with scaffolding around the hotel, and the road outside is very busy. It sits right in front of the new overheard MRT system. The rooms are adequate for the hotel’s level, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast is served, though it’s not to my taste. The toaster broke and wasn’t replaced. I’m sure it’s at least 15 years old. For the price and location, it’s okay.

It’s very central to Blok M Square, and good value for money in that location. The rooms are okay but a bit tired, the staff are attentive, and I’m glad it’s now a non-smoking hotel. The dining room could be smarter. In my book, it rates 2 to 3 stars.

A good-value hotel for its category, and the staff are attentive. The room was okay, and Blok M central is very close. Sip

For a budget hotel, it’s comfortable enough. The location, though, is in a premium area.
