We left early because the staff didn’t seem interested in making the stay better. They didn’t appear very committed to guests, and we weren’t comfortable there. I wouldn’t recommend it. At night there was a lot of noise from other people, and the room had many mosquitoes. There was no window or fresh air. The room and bathroom were also dirty. Spider webs were everywhere, there were blood spots on the wall by the bed and stains on the blanket. The floor felt sandy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom floor was always wet and dirty, and the bin was never emptied.

It’s a quiet, relaxing spot in noisy Central Jakarta, and the receptionist was friendly. The price is cheap for what you get. It feels homey, with a full kitchen setup including an air fryer, kitchen set, rice cooker, and more. There’s fast Wi-Fi and a smart door lock too. The hot water from the heater could be better. Recommended for a staycation or backpacking.

The staff were very friendly and pointed us toward local sightseeing spots. The place is kept neat, and the facilities were good. Wi-Fi worked well enough for us to work, and the kitchen looked well equipped, though we didn’t use it. We had a good stay here while visiting Jakarta City.

The rooms are okay, but I really can’t recommend the place because cleanliness and hygiene are lacking. I stayed three nights, and the bathroom and kitchen were never cleaned. The other guests were another problem: they were highly intoxicated every day and completely disrespectful toward the place and the other guests.

A shared bathroom and some noise are worth knowing about. The room itself was okay and had a good smart TV. For a budget stay, it’s good value and I’d recommend it.
