The place was neat and clean, and the service was good. Muti at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful, and the cleaning boys were very good too. Breakfast was also very nice.

I had a really bad experience and won’t return. The room wasn’t clean, the towel was old and dirty, and the bedsheets were old and spotted. The door was broken and wouldn’t close. There was no way to contact reception, and payment was cash only, no card.

The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. What stood out most was the staff, from the welcome team and reception to the waiters and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I’d happily recommend this place.

The room stewards were very good, and the people were hospitable. The food was wonderful too. The one thing to work on is the bathroom air circulation, the waste smell coming from the drainage is very strong. Otherwise, it’s a very good place to stay. Chris from Kenya africa,
