The banquet team were kind and helpful throughout our one-day workshop, and the food was delicious. We all enjoyed it, and for the quality, the price is definitely worthwhile. The ballroom was spacious and impressive, with no pillars blocking the view. Its layout and facilities worked well for around 14-16 round tables, a stage, a small garden at the front, and a foyer area for coffee break and lunch service. There were a few drawbacks. The corridors and some deluxe rooms didn’t smell fresh, and a few air conditioners weren’t cooling properly. Better ventilation or light fragrances could help. The restaurant is quite small, so we had to wait for a table at breakfast. The furniture looks somewhat old, though still acceptable for the affordable price.

The mattress was soft and I slept really well. The room also had a bathtub, and the facilities were comfortable. It’s close to Atrium Senen, which makes shopping easy. Breakfast had a wide range of food for all ages.

The hotel has been fully renovated and looks very beautiful. It’s quiet and relaxing, right next to Atrium Mall with restaurants, a Starbucks, and cafes. The staff were professional and helpful. Shinta at reception was especially polite and courteous.

The breakfast was amazing, with lots of options, definitely worth trying. I had a great stay at Lumire Hotel & Convention Centre. It’s clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Mr. Dadan (Jimmy) at reception was especially helpful and made everything smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for a Jakarta visit.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was okay. The service was really great, and whenever we needed anything, the staff were ready to help. Superb! I enjoyed chatting over morning coffee with Mas Doni Setiawan. He also helped arrange the room. Thanks a lot!
