The room was clean and comfortable, and Mrs Ellen and Mr Andi gave us great hospitality. The lobby, restaurant, lounge, and pool have been renovated. It’s an established hotel dating back to 1996, and still worth staying at for the price and facilities. The breakfast menu could use more variety. If you want to be within walking distance of food spots, I really recommend it.

The room was roomy and comfortable, which made the stay decent enough for a short visit. Some areas of Acacia felt outdated and could use a refresh. It was also a hassle carrying luggage because there’s no elevator straight from the parking basement to the lobby.

We booked three nights but left without staying because the rooms were dusty and smelled strange. My son and I both have dust allergies, and our symptoms started within minutes. My face flared up in under five minutes. The staff tried to help and offered an upgrade to an executive room, which we appreciated, but it was just as dusty and poorly maintained. They were helpful and did their best to accommodate us, but by then we were too disappointed to stay. This points to very poor management and housekeeping standards.

The pool looks unique at night with its music and colorful lights, and all the food was fresh and tasty. The lobby and room were super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Thanks to Ms Ellen and the whole team for the great hospitality. I got my monas view, and hope to come back with my family or for a business trip. See yaa.
