The standout for me was the service. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful in explaining the menu. Their hospitality made iftar even more enjoyable. Mercure Jakarta Grogol has only recently opened, and the place still feels fresh, clean, and well organized. The Ramadan buffet had a good range, and everything I tried was tasty and well prepared. A great option for iftar with family or friends, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was new, nice, and clean, and the staff were great. kak Repaldi was especially friendly and super handy. We might come back again!

The front office team were welcoming and helpful, and the room felt spacious and brand new. The hotel has good potential, with a gym, Ice Bath, Pool, and friendly front office staff, but housekeeping, kitchen operations, and staff responsiveness need work. The carpet in our room was dusty, and we found bits of plastic and scraps from old carpet. We called housekeeping to vacuum, but the person who came seemed to be a trainee and didn’t seem to know how to vacuum properly. The breakfast buffet looked varied at first, but the chicken porridge had no chicken and the Soto Betawi had no beef. We asked for refills and waited more than 20 minutes, but nothing was replenished.
