The breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious, and the mall is right beside the hotel, so getting there was easy. We only stayed briefly, but felt warmly welcomed. Ghina at reception was especially friendly and helpful. Big applause for everyone at Mercure Hotel PIK Jakarta. The staff were polite and cheerful, and showed real dedication, even while dealing with some rude, arrogant tourists during breakfast. Thanks to the whole team!

The food was a real highlight, everything tasted delicious and well prepared. Special thanks to the chefs for the lovely meals. The room was neat, clean, and well cared for, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. It was also quiet and relaxing after a long day. Getting around was easy thanks to the strategic, accessible location, whether for work or leisure. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful from check-in through check-out, and their service made me feel welcome. I had a very pleasant stay and would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is linked to PIK Mall, which made it very easy to shop or find food. I was only there for one night, but check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the staff came across as well trained and helpful. The room was good, including both the bed and the toilet. A brief but good stay.

We enjoyed the city view from the top floor, especially in the evening. There are also nearby places for family outings, such as Pantjoran PIK and By The Sea PIK, just a short drive away. The hotel itself feels safe and lively, and is well suited to families with children. Its spot in the heart of PIK, with direct access to PIK Avenue, made meals, shopping, and daily essentials very convenient. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely arranged, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a wide selection of local and international food for adults and kids. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout, which made the stay even better. A great option for families or anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient stay in Jakarta.

The bed was soft and comfortable, and I slept well. The hotel is conveniently beside a mall, which worked for our one-night stay before a flight. Still, the room felt small for what we paid, and the lighting was dim. Bath towels were fine, but the hand towels were dirty. In the morning, I found the body wash on the bathroom floor because its wall tape had come loose.
